Cancellations and changes: After a ticket has been issued, airline penalties and our agency service fee of $ 50 dollars will apply to any change or cancellation. These penalties vary from one airline to another.

Changes on the outbound flight are considered as a cancellation, therefore all cancellation charges and airline penalties apply.

Refunds: All refunds on all refundable tickets will be processed by Sahithi Tours And Travels LLC. A refund process might take between 6 to 8 weeks. All tickets presented for refunds must be accompanied by the recall commission check. An administrative fee of $ 50 dollars will apply and will be deducted from all refunded amounts.

Responsibility: Once a passenger is booked and ticketed, it is the responsibility of the retail agent or the passenger to contact the airline to give frequent flyer information or to request special meals or to arrange seating on board the aircraft.

Travel Documents: Sahithi Tours And Travels LLC or any of it’s employees or agents are not responsible for any passport or visa or any other documents required for their travel , all such documents are the responsibility of the passenger.
